Chocolate coating machines

LCM chocolate coating machines are equipped with fully automatic continuous circulation tempering. With LCM's intelligent tempering management, the chocolate is tempered anew with each run. Chocolate that is not removed at the pouring tube and flows back into the chocolate tank is decrystallized and tempered again. This means that even after hours of use, chocolate tempered in this way has excellent crystallization, viscosity and a captivating gloss. There is no over-crystallization of the couverture, as we are assured by constant laboratory tests at well-known chocolate manufacturers.


LCM coating machines also offer a high degree of flexibility when it comes to changing chocolate types. Cleaning is easy: The chocolate tanks including the internal pipe system can be (thoroughly) rinsed with hot water.
