LCM 25 AT-S

Tempering machine

The LCM 25 AT-S is the entry-level model for fully automatic tempering and corresponds in its mode of operation to the larger LCM AT models. It is suitable for manual chocolate removal and mold casting. The tank volume can be reduced from 25 kg to approx. 8 kg by means of an "insert for quantity reduction". Due to the 230 volt connection, the machine can be easily operated at any socket.

Features

  • Smooth start-up of the agitator due to the use of a frequency converter, thus low stress on the mechanical components and a long service life.
  • Automatic, individual shutdown of the heating circuits depending on the filling quantity
  • Solid chocolate is dissolved over a period of about 5 hours
  • Liquid chocolate can be continuously refilled in small uniform quantities
  • Pouring tube can be adjusted in height, swiveled and also removed for cleaning
  • Electronic temperature control with 1/10°C adjustment for heating and cooling
  • Electrical contact heaters ensure very accurate temperature values
  • Residual current circuit breaker according to DIN VDE 0100-100 - safety of persons
  • Cooling system for temperature control in the lower part of the machine
  • Machine housing completely made of stainless steel, mobile on swivel castors
